1
The first step is a preliminary needs assessment where we ask high level questions related to your current state and priority requirements. We also discuss Dynamics 365 capabilities in relation to your needs/requirements, budget range needed for a deployment, timeline, and other important preliminary topics. One of the biggest mistakes made is evaluating software without performing proper needs analysis. This leads to selecting software based on features instead of the organization’s true requirements.
2
Dynamics 365 is a large platform with applications for marketing, sales, customer service, omnichannel, field service, project management, ERP/accounting and a number of others. For a demonstration to be effective requires planning. We meet with your stakeholders and plan specific use cases that will be shown during the demonstration. These use cases are closely tied to your priority needs while also showing the broader capabilities of the platform.
3
One of our Dynamics 365 experts leads your team through a demonstration focused on the specific use cases that were planned. We allow time for (and encourage) questions and feedback from your team.
4
Following the demonstration, we meet with your stakeholders to discuss the demonstration and any feedback from your team. The key questions we want to answer in the debrief are 1. Does it look like Dynamics 365 could be a good fit? 2. Are there any concerns that need to be addressed prior to moving onto the next step?
5
We meet with your stakeholders to discuss and plan the next steps. Next steps vary from project to project however at this point our team can typically recommend either a rapid, fixed-cost implementation, or for more complex projects we will recommend performing full requirements analysis as the next step.
